Great place to stay in Johnson City. I’ve been staying here for almost a year and the rooms have been updated with new everything. Every room has a fridge and microwave, which was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable and always clean. The housekeepers did an excellent job. The staff was very friendly and professional, making my stay relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, with ample parking and nearby dining options.

The entrance doors to the lobby were on the smaller side, which made it a bit inconvenient when entering with luggage. The luggage carts were also three-wheeled and not the most convenient for those traveling with a lot of luggage.

The setting of hotel was comfortable and excellent, excellent to the medical center. I randomly popped in Krispy Kreme serving some pastries, located relatively close to the venue, it was nice. I've had updated and great-sized room with microwave and 2 queen beds, for example.

The hotel offers a great selection of food that was good. It boasts an excellent, marvelous location near Johnson City for a baseball tournament at East Tennessee State and fast food restaurants.

The room had an extremely comfy bed and a picturesque view. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator were a nice touch. The hotel had a stunning and excellent location close to restaurants and stores, as well as a terrific Fresh Market and shopping area.

Throughout my stay, I enjoyed the convenience of having coffee and hot chocolate available. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Additionally, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was decent. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.
